SHIPPING USA Continental

We are pleased to offer FREE domestic US shipping via USPS Parcel service (excluding HI, AK and US Territories). Typically USPS Mail delivers in 3-5 days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

We will make every effort to process your order promptly. Average order processing time is between 1-2 business days when placed by 12pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. An email notification with tracking number will be sent as soon as your package ships. 

 

SHIPPING CANADA 

We are pleased to offer FREE domestic shipping via Canada Post for orders over $50 CAD. Typically Canada Post delivers in 3-5 days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

We will make every effort to process your order promptly. Average order processing time is between 1-2 business days when placed by 12pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. An email notification with tracking number will be sent as soon as your package ships. 

 

SHIPPING SINGAPORE 

We are pleased to offer FREE domestic Singapore Shipping via Singapore Post.  Typically Singapore post delivers within 1-2 days.  Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

SHIPPING ASIA (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia)

HK, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia shipping will be provided via DHL or other method as best dictated by our shipping service provider. Shipping Options and Rates will be shown at checkout.

SHIPPING EUROPE  

We are pleased to offer shipping from the US or and Singapore to Select locations in Europe.  Please allow 14-21 days transit time for orders to Europe, and see shipping rates and methods available at checkout. Our carrier will determine which region it is best to ship your European order from at the best rates available.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygienic standards, we can only accept returns on unused, undamaged merchandise in the same condition that you received it, and where applicable with the return tag in tact. Items must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy is valid for (30) thirty days from the receipt of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you received your items, we unfortunately will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To return or exchange your product, please email us at orders@re-vityl.com with your order number to receive a RA# for your return. 

 

For exchanges, we will provide you with a shipping label to send your items back to us. Once received, we will send your item exchange.  

For returns, please follow the return instructions you receive with the RA#, and use the carrier of your choice.  We advise using a carrier with tracking capabilities, as we are not responsible for any return items lost during transit.

If there has been damage to your product at arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience and would be happy to send a replacement. Please email us at orders@re-vityl.com to notify us immediately upon receipt of your package so that a replacement can be sent.

• Our mailers are from ECOENCLOSE and NOISSUE  and are made from recycled materials.
• The rest of packaging is made of reusable, recycled, recyclable and or biodegradable materials.
